The concept of Colleys is simple, superb set price dining.

With only one sitting at 7:30 pm, your evening begins with drinks served at your table with home baked breads.

Our restaurant manager will explain the evening’s menu to you as a prelude to the chefs showing each table the choices.

All the dishes are carefully and skilfully created to present the ingredients at their best. Local meats, eggs and other selected produce are as important to us as we know it is to you.

The puddings are a highlight to most of our guests, again, all beautifully crafted by our pastry chef. She makes it so difficult to choose so we give you the easy option, just have a second choice! at no extra cost.

Your evening concludes with a selection of individually priced coffees and liqueurs, then at about 10:30ish it’s time to go home and chat about your fantastic night at Colleys Lechlade.
